Today I stumbled across a software called MemoryMiner: MemoryMiner’s core function is capturing memories for the purpose of telling stories. To get an idea of what this tool does, take a look at this video:





I haven't looked into MemoryMiner any further yet, but I think it could be a great tool for field studies, which of course involve observing and documenting the way products and services are used.
